Job description
Responsibilities will include:
Transform top level campaign creative and brand strategies into engaging
content across platforms.
• Create compelling campaign content through gifs, reels, videos,
photography and graphics, and copy, providing the supporting content
for professionally shot product campaigns as well as brand building and
lifestyle content.
• Work as part of a creative team including the CMO, Head of Digital
Marketing, Social Manager and product development teams, inputting
into the art direction for campaign shoots
• Attend campaign shoots to shoot additional, supporting content
• Manage the cropping of all incoming re-touched images, and occasional
simple ad-hoc retouching as needed
• Organize and maintain asset library for company
• Create campaign specific graphics that represent the vibe of new
collections or engaging tactical assets for promotional activity across
social, email, website, and adverts
• Produce content for website, including banners, collection pages, product
imagery, and more
• Concepting for key discounting periods such as Black Friday and Summer
Sale, reworking existing assets and introducing new elements such as
graphic treatments
What we are looking for:
• High design values and experience of brand building, with a keen eye for
detail
• Skilled and confident at taking pictures, creating gifs, reels and videos.
You also have good, basic video editing skills.
• Experience in preparing files for social, web, email, and adverts eg. crops,
file types and sizes for the various platforms and applications
• You enjoy ideation and you are confident articulating your ideas. You can
play the lead role but you also enjoy working within a small collaborative
team
• A keen interest in social media, ideally with your own personal account
with original content
• Constantly keeping up to date on new trends for social, email, and more
• You enjoy a fast-paced environment and an all-encompassing, varied role
that requires multi-tasking and project management skills
• Ability to meet weekly timelines and deadlines, managing multiple
simultaneous projects
• Excellent communication, ability to swiftly work through detailed feedback,
with great attention to detail
Experience
• At least 3 to 5 years in a similar role
• BtoC experience preferred working within a fashion lifestyle orientated
brand
• Graduate degree qualification
• Highly experienced with relevant software packages including Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, Inshot
• Intimate knowledge of the social media platforms, their latest creatives,
and an eye for the future of these platforms.
• Experience with klaviyo and shopify is a plus
Important Notes: 2 days working from home, reporting to head of digital marketing working alongside the social media manager. This is a good role for an ambitious self- starter who is confident in their abilities and has wide experience in content creation. Please note the candidate will need to be full time in the office for first 3 months.
Ultimately the company goal is growth absolutely, but for this role the main thing they should know is they are replacing a member of staff. Their key goal is creative execution on a formed marketing model with processes that reaches across set channels and platforms.
Ideally the candidate will live locally and will have worked in a small company before.
A degree is great, but not required as experience in similar roles is much more important.
Holiday:
22 days plus x1 per additional year worked up to 5 years
