- £36,000 per annum DOE.
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)
- Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us!

The Role - Recruitment Branch Manager:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruitment consultants to exceed targets and objectives.
- Lead business development activities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Creating bespoke solutions that exceed our client's needs and expectations.
- Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses.
- Working collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the client's operations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, including GDPR and best practice recruitment standards.
- Provide regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to team members to support their professional development and success.
What we are looking for in a Recruitment Branch Manager:
- A highly motivated individual with proven recruitment management experience - ESSENTIAL
- Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data.
