Operations Executive

Full Time, Permanent

Salary : £20,000 - £22,000 + Company Bonus Structure + 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays + birthday off)

Working : Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00

Location : Hybrid Role - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office (Wednesday and Thursday)

Are you looking to kick start your career in Retail Media/Marketing? 

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support across the wider business - This will give you strong foundations and the skillset needed for a career in Retail Media; Including supporting office management, B2B marketing, internal operations and ways of working including automation of admin heavy tasks!

Responsibilities include:

• Build & maintain relationships with Poundland internal & suppliers
• Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties in order to accurately land all campaigns
• Monitor campaign delivery and ensure compliance across the estate
• Maintain strict booking and implementation processes throughout
• Co-ordinate actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure billing is accurate
• Suggest and collaborate with key stakeholders one best way of working, to streamline process
• In surge times, supporting our insights and reporting function on the development of post campaign reports
• Support Operations team – e.g. equipment tracking, governance of our sharepoint folders, Microsoft O365 training, onboarding new team members, tidying up marketing and client facing presentations, updating website / LinkedIn content, admin support to our business analysis team
