A growing Manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit an Experienced Financial Controller to assist the senior management team grow their bottom line and execute their stategic 5 year plan.

The succesful candidate will be commercially aware and will be responsibile for all financial aspects of company strategy ensuring the most profitable outcomes for the business.

• Producing management account packs for the business with full commentary, presenting at board meetings
• Managing a small team
• Managing all financial operations of the company
• Providing full financial and commercial support to MD
• Preparing timely and accurate month end and year end accounts and audit packs
• Preparing annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts
• Monitoring and auditing sales prices and margins for team
• Ensuring financial controller and in place across business, compliant with tax and regulatory issues
• Managing and analysing P&L and business profitability
• Main point of contact for external Auditors when required

Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment is essential as are strong IT skills as there are plans to implement a new ERP system in the near future.
