Planner/Scheduler
Monday - Friday
36hours per week
£17.52per hour
- The post holder will be responsible for organising the full scheduling of works orders for the newly established Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) Communal Service.
- Liaising with the repairs teams the post holder will ensure the DLO operatives are completing the jobs they have been allocated within the target period.
- The post holder will ensure communal area jobs are allocated to the correct trades' operatives and operatives understand what materials and plant they will need to complete the work right first time.
- When communicating directly with the residents, the post holder must have the ability to quickly resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts in a polite and professional manner.
Top Skills Required
- Experience of scheduling repairs and understanding how repairs should be delivered and timescales
- Experience of working with customers to resolve repairs issues and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to interpret repairs required to enable timely resolution. Works closely with trade operatives and the office team as a coordinator
- Experience of using MS Office applications incl. Excel.
