Job description

Job Title: Mid-Market Account Executive

Location: Germany

The Company:

· Vendor of Construction Management SaaS Platform – Asset + Maintenance, Document Management and BIM solutions

· Heavy backing by a top global PE firm – growing both organically and via acquisition

· 100mill+ turnover

· Forward thinking and modern organisation where sustainability is at the forefront of everything they do – having just hired a ‘Head of Sustainability’

The Role:

· Identifying and contacting prospective clients, following up inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, presenting proposals/solutions and closing sales

· Working with presales colleagues to assess prospect requirements and develop technical / commercial proposals

· Proactively managing and developing (nurturing) existing customers

· Work alongside the marketing team in support of outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead generation initiatives

· 100% new logo acquisition – winning and managing 20k+ spending accounts within AEC

The Requirements:

· 5+ years selling B2B SaaS

· Construction/Real Estate/Linear Infrastructure related sector experience

· Adept at networking large, strategic accounts and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals

· Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

· An entrepreneurial spirit with positive, flexible and problem-solving attitude

· Full UK driving license

· Proven track record of success in sales
