About the role

Connex Education Wales are seeking to appoint a Primary Teaching Assistantto work in one of our wonderful partner schools within the Cwmbran area. Teaching Assistants play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of every child. You will work closely alongside the class teacher to deliver inspiring and engaging sessions and offering support in the form of small group or 1:1 sessions.

Person Specification

• Working alongside the main classroom teacher to provide quality education
• Create a fun, motivating and positive learning environment
• The ability to work with groups of children independently.
• The ability to develop strong relationships.
• Able to communicate effectively and sensitively.
