Job description
You are to ensure all enquiries, leads and quotes that are generated through our internal systems are actioned within the designated KPI and followed through the to sale before converting to job for the relevant after sales process.
Ensure all relevant info and notes are added onto the CRM system and updated as and when necessary.
All existing customers are contacted in a timely manner (with the use of CRM) to ensure they can renew their contracts with ServiceSport.
Encourage the upsell/upgrade of contracts and products on enquiries or renewals.
Pass all outbound leads onto the National Sales Manager as directed.
You'll work towards achieving a L3 Business Administrator Standard, including Functional Skills Level 2 English and maths if required. You'll carry out training in the workplace, and a work-based tutor will visit you there, and you'll also need to attend college once per month for face to face delivery.
Fulltime employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship and potential for further CPD
