Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Nights)to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth. For the successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:

1. Starting salary up to £56,250 D.O.E  (£45,000 basic salary + 25% Shift allowance)
2. Fixed Night Shifts (Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am) 
3. Permanent position
4. 3 day weekend

The role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer :

1. Investigate all equipment failures, recommend and implement improvements 
2. Participate in regular reviews with the Engineering & Manufacturing team
3. Integration of technology within new & existing systems
4. Development/Implementation of equipment
5. Fault finding on PLC based systems
6. Improvement of Automotive production cells
7. Reduce repeated failures and create solutions to drive continuous improvement and minimise machinery downtime
8. Driving overall equipment effectiveness

What our client is looking for in a Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

1. Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
2. Knowledge of PLC's/Fault Finding - Allen Bradley & Siemens
3. Hold a BTEC or City & Guilds in a Electrical Engineering discipline
4. Strong Electrical skillset
5. Experience in Continuous Improvement / Carrying out improvements to a variety of equipment
6. Experienced with Automation Cells / Automated Equipment including Robotics
7. Have experience in implementation of new products
