Job description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Data Analyst in Guernsey

Overall purpose of the role:

To work specifically within the Risk and Operations Team in a varied role. The successful candidate will take responsibility for extracting and collating data, in addition to analysing data, patterns and trends. They will work as a team to produce timely and relevant management information, reports and dashboards.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Working closely with management to prioritise business and information needs.
• Proactively seeking out and resolving data quality issues. Identifying improvements that can be made to processes and procedures to prevent re-occurrence.
• Assisting with the maintenance of key risk indicators, impact metric and other parameters.
• Assisting and advising supervisors on the risk management framework and on the use of the system.

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
