As a pivotal member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce and organisational culture. Reporting directly to the Director of People, you will provide comprehensive generalist HR support rooted in best practice within the profession. You'll also spearhead strategic initiatives, analyse data insights, and drive engagement across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will encompass (but not limited to):
As a key member of a passionate and motivated people department who are all aligned in their ambition to raise the bar across the profession, you will be an expert in people related matters that takes pride in their own continual development across a range of people focused areas.
We are seeking a people professional who possesses not only a comprehensive understanding of employment law but also values the significance of emotional intelligence and behavioral science. This individual will adeptly apply these skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders across all levels, effectively influencing outcomes.
