Thomas Harding Junior is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HLTA to support our children's learning. The ideal candidate will posses HLTA qualification (or equivalent) or relevant school experience. Ability to work collaboratively within our team, excellent communication skills (written and oral) and most importantly a deep commitment to the welfare and education of our pupils are essential skills required for the role.
Your duties will involve working with class teachers to support pupils' learning, take additional groups and cover classes -where required. You will be supported by our Inclusion Manager as well as the Senior Leader Team. Full or part-time considered.
