We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a school based in Salford .

Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional instruction to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students with special educational needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
- Develop and execute personalized learning plans tailored to the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of each student.
- Customize the curriculum to meet the specific requirements of students with special educational needs, ensuring an inclusive and captivating learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to establish a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for optimal student growth.
- Cultivate strong connections with students, fostering their self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being.
Requirements: - Possess a PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Extensive experience in working with young individuals diagnosed with ASC.
- Profound comprehension of safeguarding principles and proficiency in implementing child protection procedures.
- Proficient in establishing and sustaining compassionate and supportive connections with young individuals.
