Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Salford
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS £30, 000 - £46, 525

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a school based in Salford .

Their experienced and dedicated team works closely with each child, developing personalized learning plans that cater to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional instruction to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students with special educational needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
  • Develop and execute personalized learning plans tailored to the unique academic, social, and emotional needs of each student.
  • Customize the curriculum to meet the specific requirements of students with special educational needs, ensuring an inclusive and captivating learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to establish a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for optimal student growth.
  • Cultivate strong connections with students, fostering their self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being.
 
Requirements:
  • Possess a PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Extensive experience in working with young individuals diagnosed with ASC.
  • Profound comprehension of safeguarding principles and proficiency in implementing child protection procedures.
  • Proficient in establishing and sustaining compassionate and supportive connections with young individuals.
