Job description
Software Engineer required joining a rapidly expanding organisation to work on a number of high profile projects using cutting edge technology. The business is rapidly expanding and requires software engineers who can offer experience over a wide range of technologies. The role will involve analysis, development, liaising with the business, working as part of a team and being involved in the full development life cycle.
Skills Required:
Able to understand the technical architecture, broader system interactions and the underlying business to enable further functionality to the business.
Responsible for delivery of key functionality to the platform working closely with technology teams as well as wider stakeholders.
Good experience and knowledge on various object oriented programming, software development life cycle using Agile/Iterative Development methodology.
Proficiency with Core Java, J2EE, Servlet/JSP, Spring, Javascript, Angular JS, similar JS frameworks, JQuery, Swing, microservices, ORM (Hibernate, MyBATIS, JPA)
Experience in using Application servers like Weblogic, Websphere and web servers like Apache Tomcat and wildfly etc
Good knowledge in REST and SOAP web services
Good experience in working with various databases like MSSQL Server, Oracle, MySql etc.
Proficiency with Development Tools (e.g. Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins)
Solid experience utilizing Source code control software (e.g. Git, Subversion)
Automated Build and Deploy Skills, and Test Driven Development
Good knowledge on cloud based application development.
Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly understand client’s business needs.
Experience in leading development team and solid organization skills.
Candidate must have bachelor degree.
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Candidate must have extensive experience on relevant skills
