Job description

Axcis are pleased to be working with a specialist Primary school in Tamworth who are looking to recruit a special needs TA to help support a child with PMLD needs. The school has been rated “Good” by Ofsted & the reports show that the children enjoy attending school.

Job details:
• Full time (8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)
• Pay – from £87.04 per day- dependent on experience
• Working alongside the class teacher and other teaching assistants
• Starting ASAP
• Provide tailored support to students with Profound and Multiple Learning
Difficulties
• Assist in implementing individualised education plans
• Supporting all needs such as personal care

What you need to apply…

• Experience working with PMLD is ESSENTIAL
• Minimum of 2 good references – ESSENTIAL
• A current DBS or must be willing to obtain one

Please note this position is temporary, however there would be view of you to go permanent depending on performance.
