Job description
We are expanding the Value & Access team at HEOR and seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join the team! If you are solutions focussed, you enjoy working in a client-focussed role, managing projects and proposal work we'd love to hear from you.
The Value & Access team supports clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors by providing strategic leadership and programme management for evidence generation projects and undertaking health technology assessment (HTA) and market access projects. Working across multiple disease areas including cardiology, diabetes, auto-immune, virology and oncology. Our goal is to understand the client perspective, offering a true partnership approach whilst also managing the details and generating solutions. Our senior consultants lead on strategy development, programme management and client relationship building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership of large multi-workstream projects, including global evidence packages, HTAs or market access projects
- Strategic consultancy input to projects ensuring client requirements are met on time and within budget
- Lead on programme management, building long-term client relationships and identifying evidence gathering opportunities
- Supporting technical experts to deliver high-quality projects for our clients
- Account development and partnership building, identifying new opportunities and growing business, mainly with established clients
- Lead on proposal development and contributing to pitch meetings
- Lead on coordinating and facilitating internal teams (technical and project) ensuring relevant HEOR expertise is utilised in delivering high quality innovative projects
- Contribute to internal training and development initiatives
- Support associates and consultants by ensuring clear communication of tasks and expectations and working through challenges and issues collaboratively
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working for an innovative and people centric company, working together as one to achieve the same goal for our clients and for the patient. Required skills and experience include:
- Experts in one or more HEOR functional areas (health economic modelling, data science, evidence review, value communications, health technology assessment or market access)
- Broad market access experience across several of our functional areas
- Relevant working experience in a market access or HEOR consultancy
- Proven experience managing large programmes of work
- Demonstrable experience in business development
- Growing experience in building client partnerships
- Proven experience working across multiple area of market access
- Line management and leadership experience
