About the role of Project and Administrator Team Leader
Chevron TM is a leading supplier of temporary traffic schemes and control systems to the utility, event and movie industries.
Due to further success, we require further, a Project and Administrator Team Leader to help manage the existing Project Team, as well as working together with the Project Team Manager.
This is a vital role within the company where the candidate should demonstrate a strong attention to detail, professional manner.
Chevron TM supply a reactive emergency service to blue chip companies maintaining the Nation's essential utility supplies.
You should have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a vibrant and busy atmosphere. Alongside excellent telephone and computer skills, you must be able to display a high degree of teamwork, logistical and organisational acumen coupled with clarity of thought and attention to detail.
Full training will be given.
Responsibilities of a Project and Administrator Team Leader
This role is to assist the Project Team manager with running the Project Team and also being able to take on some of the current duties of the Project Team manager to include, spreadsheets, meetings with clients. Overseeing your team and ensuring all emails are dealt with daily and also to ensure customer billing is up to date.
