Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working exclusively with a well-established Newbury based company who are seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join their busy finance department.
This newly created position will be joining the international head office team and would ideally suit someone looking to study towards an accounting qualification such as AAT, CIMA, ACCA.
Key duties of the role will include:
- Preparation of management accounts
- Performing month end duties such as journals, accruals and prepayments
- Producing financial reports for senior management
- Managing the customer rebate scheme
- Undertaking commission and bonus calculations
- Adapt and enhance current financial models
- Assist with international audit queries
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Studying towards an accounting qualification
- Knowledge of month end management accounting
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communications skills
