Job description

Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established charity who are seeking to recruit a Btec Sports Tutor. This is a full time (40 hours per week), fixed term contract position until July 2024 however has the possibility to be extended. The position is paying up to £30,000 pro rata. The delivery will be based on site in the Twickenham area 5 days per week. The primary function of this role is to deliver Btec Sports Levels 1-3 and Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2 to post 16 learners.

The Btec Sports Tutor will be responsible for:

• designing, planning and delivering interactive lessons to learners studying Btec Sports Levels 1-3
  
• delivering Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2
  
• ensuring learners documentation is compliant and correctly completed to ensure eligibility for funding
  
• attending regular meetings with the quality team
  The Btec Sports Tutor will need to hold:
  
• a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Sports or equivalent
  
• a Level 3 (or above) teaching qualification
  
• occupational competency within Sports
  
• previous experience in teaching Btec Sports Levels 1-3 to post 16 learners
