Mechanical Fitter

Pay Rate: £30,000 a year

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 16:00pm, overtime available.

Permanent Position

Location: Chesterfield

Gi Pro are working with a client based in Chesterfield, we are looking for Mechanical Fitter to join the team.

The Role: Mechanical Fitter

• Rebuilding of gearboxes, pumps, and electric motors.
• Testing and diagnose electric motors
• Dealing with a range of 1 to 5 tonne weight
• Working with engineering drawings
• Carry out repair on the machines

Ideal Candidate: Mechanical Fitter

• Experience working on gear boxes, pump, and electric motors.
• Must be flexible and understand that overtime is as and when and sit dependant on the needs of the business.
• Can read and understand engineering drawings
