Job Description:
As a QA Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's operations meet all regulatory requirements and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Regulatory Compliance : Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold product integrity and safety throughout the manufacturing and distribution process.
- Documentation Management : Manage documentation related to regulatory compliance, including product specifications, manufacturing records, and certificates of analysis.
- Audits and Inspections : Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits and inspections, addressing any non-compliance issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Training and Education: Provide training and education to employees on compliance-related matters, ensuring a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes and optimize efficiency within the quality assurance function.
Requirements
- Understanding of traceability HACCP understanding & ideally trained to level 3.
- Understanding of TACCP/Food Defence Ability to interpret risk assessments.
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents without error.
- Teamworking and ability to work with multiple teams within the business.
- Time management and ability to prioritise workload.
- IT literacy, including Outlook, Word & Excel.
