Job description
We are looking for a full-time Office Coordinator / Receptionist to join our fast-paced head office team in Bloomsbury, London. This is a maternity contract with the option to continue in job-share from June 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role is client-facing and ensures the smooth running of the back office.
- Provide our visitors with a memorable experience and exceptional service.
- Enhance both the customer's experience and journey of the business
Requirements:
- Receptionist/Telephone skills
- Customer service experience
- Competent computer and administrative skills.
- Exceptionally organised, with prompt communication and a can-do attitude.
- A willingness to learn and a passion for your work are key.
- Highly motivated, strategic and creative, who thrives within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent attention to detail and forward-thinking at all times.
- A great team player with a vision for systems and ideas
