About Our Client

PCN consisting of 6 Practices within North Warwickshire. Now require an experienced PCN Operations Manager to join their team and work alongside the Clinical Director to ensure growth and efficiency.

Job Description

* Support corporate operations of the PCN and Clinical Director

* Produce Agenda's, Minutes and Reports

* Create Clinical Workstreams

* Ensure completion of PCN Documents and Reports

* Assist Clinical Director and the PCN Board in annual review of PCN Development Plan

* Liaise with all Practice Managers to ensure all agreed KPI's are achieved

* Support Practice Managers in their recruitment ie Job Specs, Adverts, Interviews

* Co-ordinate Training and Development Sessions

The Successful Applicant

* Primary Care experience at managerial level

Experience in:

* Performance monitoring and delivery of targets

* Developing and implementing projects

* Developing Primary Care Division ie Federation/PCN

* Business and Operations Plans for the Board

* Knowledge and experience of contractual frameworks for GP Practices and PCNs

* Budget/Finance Management

* Workforce Planning

* Contract Tender Process

* Public Engagement

What's on Offer

* Basic Salary to be negotiated DOE (likely £40-48k)

* Full Time Hours Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours/Week

* Located either on site in Coleshill or Nuneaton (no remote working)

* Permanent Contract

* Start ASAP
