Banking and Treasury Administrator
6-9 months fixed term contract
Hours: 37 p/week Monday Friday.
Location: Support Centre, Stoneclough Rd, M26 1GG. Hybrid (min 3 days in the office)

We are recruiting a Banking and Treasury Administrator the role involves assisting to ensure Banking, Cash in Transit, Payments and Petty Cash within the mydentist balance sheet and the supporting transactional activities are actively monitored and maintained, and all associated reconciliations and reporting are produced.

As a Banking and Treasury Administrator, your role will include:
- Use Accurate to carry out reconciliation of actual takings received in the bank against expected revenues recorded on our practice IT systems.
- Investigate reconciliation differences with Practice Management and where fraud is suspected escalate concerns to the Banking and Treasury Manager and Operational Loss Team.
- Review and process petty cash requests for the practices.
- Monitor and reply to service desk and mailbox queries.
- Assisting the Banking and Treasury Team Leader with relevant daily tasks and adhoc duties as necessary.
As a Banking and Treasury Administrator, you will need:
- A relevant accounting qualification
- Excellent technical accounting and reporting skills, comfortable with large volumes of data and detailed analysis
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Advanced Excel skills and previous experience of multiple accounting systems
- Highly motivated and resilient, capable of reviewing current processes and implementing improvements
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with colleagues at all levels
