Job description
Our Clients large and busy setting in central Leatherhead are looking for an experienced Room Leader for their Pre-School Room, working alongside the other Room Leader, you will both equally support and oversee the very large and busy room. Working a 4.5 day week, salary is c£27k with lovely benefits.

Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
