Job description
The company is a well-established Tier 1 Main contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Rail Division.
The role would be based in South London, ideal for candidates based around central London, Kent or Essex.
This company are involved in various major infrastructure projects across the UK, and they are known for their great work culture, which puts their staff's wellbeing as a priority.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:Report directly into the Commercial Manager regarding all commercial aspects of the project
Help support the development of more junior team members such as Graduate & Assistant Quantity Surveyors
Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:At least 3 years post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience in the Rail sector
Excellent communication skills
Relevance degree or qualification in the field
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:Up to £55,000 per annum
