Job description

Maintenance Person is responsible for maintaining the general running of the building. This includes, but is not limited to, pat testing, water temperature checks, arranging servicing for lifts and equipment, fire drills and staff attendance, general light painting and decorating, basic joinery and plumbing skills an advantage. The candidate will have a clean driving licence and take residents to and from their medical appointments as required. .

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Clean Driving Licence
• 1 years maintenance experience

Desirable Skills

• Nursing or Care Home Maintenance Experience
