Head of Sales - Central London - 150K

GKR International  is currently working with one of the leading names Prime Residential property.

They are searching for an experienced sales leader who will take the reigns of on important project, where you will be responsible for managing and growing their market share in an area of strategic importance for them.

This position requires previous management experience, an exceptional track record in estate agency within the London market and a can do attitude because you will be tasked with driving the office forward with big plans ahead for the region.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Driving Sales and profits across the current portfolio
• Training and support of your team
• Management and 1:1's with team
• Providing advice and guidance on all relevant legislation
• Ownership of your individual office P+L and working closely with Director of Sales
• Proven track record of success managing offices turning over £800,000 to £1million plus
• Growing market share – strong ability in winning instructions

You, as the ideal candidate will have the following:

• 5 year's minimum residential agency experience in PCL
• A proven track record in winning market appraisals
• Strong contact base throughout London property
