Band 7 MSK Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner Apprenticeship – Annex 21 Starting salary 70% of top of band 7 for year 1, 75% in year 2, 75% in year 3 You will be expected to complete your apprenticeship within 3 years of your start date.Your salary will be determined by the duration of your apprenticeship using Annex 21 arrangements and your pay will increase as specified milestones are met. On completion of your apprenticeship and subject to all criteria being met, you will continue in your job role on a permanent contract with the Trust at the designated pay scale. The Trust has a fantastic opportunity for an individual who aspires to work as a MSK Advance Physiotherapy Practitioner. We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual to train as an Advance Physiotherapy Practitioner to join our Joint Health Service to deliver the highest quality care to our patients. The successful applicant will undertake a MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice as an apprentice and follow our Advance Physiotherapy Practitioner training pathway. This post is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and become part of a growing team. You will be based in the Therapy Outpatient Service at the Trust, and you will be appointed under Annex 21 agenda for change terms and conditions, starting salary 70% of Band 7 working towards the attached Job Description. We will be looking for a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude and you will need to be able to demonstrate that you are committed to completing an apprenticeship in Advanced Practice at Level 7. Apprenticeships will be completed at a pre-chosen training provider. Course fees and protected time for study will be included as part of the role. Some travel may be required. We will guide, support and train you whilst you are in a paid role, developing your skills and knowledge whilst obtaining a recognised qualification. You will be entitled to 27 days annual leave (up to 33 days for those with continuous service) together with 8 general public bank holidays. The Trust values and promotes apprenticeships.
