We have a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our wonderful team on a 5-year Senior Executive Service (SES) vacancy located at either Geraldton, Kalgoorlie or Northam campus and will be negotiated with the successful applicant with an anticipated start date of 15 April 2024 (again, can be negotiated with the successful applicant – earlier or later).Executive Director Capability and Client ExperienceThe Executive Director Capability and Client Experience leads and is accountable for the development and delivery of strategies that enhance all aspects of client services for the College. including the development and implementation of innovative, forward thinking business capability and services to support the College’s operational environment and the core business of training. Participates as a member of the College Corporate Executive, champions the vision and values of the College and contributes to the development, implementation and achievement of strategic objectives and outcomes.Please refer to the JDF for the responsibilities of this position.We believe all our people are leaders irrespective of their role.
