You will work closely with the Commercial Partner and assist with a variety of commercial and real estate matters such as asset purchase agreements, drafting Partnership Agreements, managingland acquisitions and sales, the sale and purchase of building plots and residential development sites - preparing Deed of Conditions, all aspects of commercial leasing, Section 75 Planning Agreements, the grant of Deeds ofServitude and other associated transactions.

You should have a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience covering all of the above and have the desire and enthusiasm to drive the business forward.


There is genuine career progression open here in the short-mid term for those who want it.
