For more information, visit We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team as a front-line A-player in sales. Reporting directly to the Head of Inside Sales, the incumbent will play a crucial role in identifying qualified leads. Their responsibilities will encompass managing the transition of marketing leads to the sales team, ensuring compliance with company protocols. The goal is to facilitate the qualification process, pursue opportunities, and ultimately convert them into qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities: Immediate action on inbound leads and campaign leads, as well as pending tasks Conduct high volume call and email prospecting campaigns across target regions to generate high quality leads Collaborate with marketing to execute innovative, structured and targeted campaigns with specific CTAs (calls to action) Schedule Discovery Calls for the AEs Record and document all activities in CRM (SalesForce) Work closely and collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities Contribute to research, creation, of targeted prospect lists Own data management relative to performance, campaign and operational execution Systems updating data validation and verification Provide amazing prospect and customer experiences Your Profile: You have already worked in a Sales Development Position Have good knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Tools, LinkedIn, Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo Have excellent English writing and speaking skills You are able to collaborate with a distributed sales team You have a good understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value You have aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands while achieving Goals JAGGAER is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer supporting workforce diversity.
