AMAZING BENEFITS FOR AMAZING PEOPLE
They say you get out what you put in. And, at Loupe, our people put in so much.
In return, some of the benefits we offer include:
As a Sales Executive at Loupe you’ll enjoy passionately selling stunning fine jewellery and luxury watches. That means creating moments that will last a lifetime—for every client, every time.
You'll know how to encourage love and appreciation for our products, by knowing each one of them and what makes them special. And how to display and present them in a way that lights up clients’ eyes as they pass our windows and once they’re in store too.
When listening to clients, you’ll understand their needs and how much they’d like to spend on something really special, so you can help them find the perfect piece for their occasion.
Make no mistake, there's a lot to learn about the products, the people and the culture. And be prepared for targets and accountability. Truth is, you’re going to have to work hard if you want to keep up—but, believe us, you’ll want to keep up.
As a Sales Executive you will have a passion for the client experience and a down-to-earth approach. You’ll also love working with colleagues who share the same values and commitment to amazing service as you.
We’re looking for the kind of person who knows how important it is to listen to clients and be open and honest with them. You should be driven by the chance to turn the everyday into the extraordinary.
Maybe you’ll have some merchandising experience to enhance your ability to create the extraordinary. We’ll train you if not, but one thing’s for sure… You’ll certainly have a great eye for detail and what good looks like.
And you not only have a brilliant instinct but will also understand that you’re going to have to put plenty in to get out what you want.
Owned by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers, Loupe is a new luxury boutique, bringing together fine jewellery and luxury watches like never before.
We are a family business. And you can tell that when you get here. It feels like family.
From the very smallest details to the big important things. You will feel it in the warm and familiar way we talk to each other and you’ll feel it in the way we engage with the wider community, too.
As a company – we are true to our word. When we say we are going to do something, we go all out to do it. And every individual is truly valued.
Staying true to the family values upheld for over a century, Loupe lives the same core purpose of enriching lives, which simply means making a positive difference to the world we live in. Our clients, our colleagues and our communities.
We pride ourselves on the work we do for local communities. We donate 20 per cent of retained profits to charity and since the year 2000, Beaverbrooks has donated in excess of £20 million to over 1000 charities since 2000.
