Senior Property Accountant
Southwest London - Hybrid
£50,000-£57,000
Cobalt is partnering with one of the largest and most successful Block Management businesses in the UK who are looking for an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join their department and assist the Director with the smooth running of the team.
This role would suit a Senior Property Accountant with experience overseeing or supervising 3 or more junior colleagues and would like to take a step up in seniority.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the smooth running of a department of 6 direct line managements.
Motivate and guide Property Accountants performance to ensure completion of year-end service charges and monthly reporting within set deadlines.
Review service charge accounts generated by the team to make sure they are ARMA-Q compliant.
Be responsible for key clients and their accounts as the point of contact.
About You
Experience with managing or supervising a team previously.
Experience with Service Charges, either within Residential or Block Management is ideal.
Excellent communication skills and transparency.
Experience with Property Accounting software such as Propman/Yardi/Qube.
