Overview
A successful property company based in Esher are looking for a bright, well-organised administrator to provide support to the team.
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000
The Role
- Assist in the production of reports, proposals and other outputs (through Word, Excel, InDesign or JCT contracts)
- Diary/calendar management
- Arrange meetings and events both internally and externally
- Manage booking travel, accommodation, meetings, venues etc.
- Liaise with clients and wider project teams both written and verbally
- Take telephone calls in a professional manner and redirect calls or take messages where necessary
- Provide a professional reception meet and greet service for visitors
- Comply with the company’s QA procedures manual always
- Some PA type duties for a director including monitoring e-mails, calendar, upcoming meetings/conference calls
- Carry out all reasonable ad-hoc duties as required

- Ability to prioritise and deliver a changing workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administration role
