Job description
We are recruiting for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant. This position is for 12months.
We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant within our Population Health and Genomics Department. This is a fixed-term appointment for 12 months. You will be part of the Chronic Pain Research Group ( at the University of Dundee, which is in the Division of Population Health and Genomics, University of Dundee.
The role will mainly be focussed on progressing development of the SUStainable Self Effective Exercise Development (SUSSED) intervention, which aims to support a personalised approach to increasing physical activity in people with chronic pain. You will also have the opportunity to work on other ongoing projects within the CPRG as appropriate. We support Early Career Researchers, with active mentoring, and a range of relevant training options for scientific and academic development.
Whilst the post is funded for 12 months in the first instance there may be the opportunity for extending this role, dependent on funding. Under the supervision of the research team, your priorities will include:
