Job description

• Multi Trade Operative required to start work asap for a Housing Association in Cheltenham
• You will be carrying out day to day maintenance repairs on Social Housing (occupied properties)
• Repairs will be varied, however Carpentry and Plumbing skills are essential as repairs will predominantly be across these two trades. Day to day tasks could also include painting, fencing, tiling, locksmith work and various other Property Maintenance repairs
• Short term temporary role, no guarantee of contract length
• Own tools and vehicle required
