Payroll Manager -Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England

Location: Local to Darlington and Middlesborough

Summary: Join a leading manufacturing company local to Darlington and Middlesborough as a Payroll Controller. Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, you'll oversee payroll for all UK sites, manage time and attendance systems, and support HR and International Finance. Responsibilities:

• Manage time and attendance systems
• Control payroll for all UK sites
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Address payroll queries and provide support
• Reconcile payroll balance sheet codes
• Ensure compliance with legislation
• Assist in budget processes
• Review and improve business processes
• Manage relationships with service partners

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and influencing skills
• Experience in process improvement
• Proficiency in ERP and payroll systems
• Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
• Ethical and detail-oriented mindset
