Cromer Homeless Supported Housing
£10.72
31.5 hours per week – 4 nights on followed by 4 nights off on a rolling rota

We’re looking for a supportive and positive individual to join our Night Security team on site to provide support to our customers throughout the night. You will be empathetic and passionate about supporting people with the ability to show resilience and confidence when faced with challenging situations.
Cromer Homeless Supported Housing provides support to people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. We have three properties spread over one road with 25 single-occupancy bedrooms.
We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as providing ongoing training to develop new and existing skills. You will have access to our Learning and Development Academy providing a wide range of training courses, open to all.

Though we refer to the position as Night Security it is referred to internally at Sanctuary as Night Concierge.
