Facilities Management Helpdesk & Asset Lead needed in South East London Paying £20.85 per hr ref 1179512

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Responsible for leading on the Facilities Management based helpdesk and asset management system

• Lead on all helpdesk related matters and to be the prime contact for technical assistance for help desk operatives, building managers and premises coordinators
• Effectively support, and ensure a high quality service are provided to the Facilities Management Team, contractors and building managers, premises managers / co-ordinators utilising the system

• Develop, implement and management of a Facilities Management building asset and life cycle data base
