Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting an exciting business with offices in the Littlehampton area. Our client seeks a part-time Finance Assistant, on an ongoing, temporary basis. The successful candidate will be working 20 hours per week, in office.
Duties will cover:
Processing high volume invoices
Preparing payment runs, and processing payments
Reconciliations
Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects
Skills/experience:
Prior experience in an Accounts/Finance Assistant level role
Available on immediate notice
Ability to commute to offices
Strong Excel and IT skills
