A global financial services firm are looking for an experienced event manager to join their International Events Team on a 12 month maternity cover (day rate) contract.
Key Responsibilities of the Event Manager:
- Plan and execute events and conferences both virtually and in-person, delivering world class events
- Measure and communicate event success through post-event reports, identifying key learnings
- Manage multi-currency event budget and invoicing
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently met across all event activity
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with creative team to develop event assets
- Manage event invites and RSVPs inline with GDPR regulation
Ideal background/skill set of the Event Manager
- 3 + years experience executing events within financial services or larger corporate firms
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong attention to detail, planning and decision making
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
