Job description
The must haves for you to be considered for this role: 1. Have the relevant professional qualification (Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist) with community based clinical mental health experience 2. Passion and understanding with working with Older People3. Good understanding of the relevant legislation surrounding the Mental Capacity Act / Mental Health Act4. The ability to assess risk in both routine and urgent situations5.
