Job description

The quality of our food and the care we give to our people are of utmost importance. In your role as Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. In all sections of the kitchen, you will be able to prepare mouth-watering dishes with ease, as well as know all the dishes on our menu. You will enjoy delivering excellent standards in a friendly, supportive environment. In addition to leading and mentoring your brigade, you will be passionate about their training and development.
As the head of the kitchen, it is your responsibility to ensure that all of your team members are committed and capable of consistently delivering dishes that are on-spec.
Maintain a good work-life balance for your team by managing the rota.
Maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating by implementing health and safety processes.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26500 per year
5 Days per week, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Flexible time
MAXIMUM 40 HOUR WEEK
28 DAYS paid HOLIDAYS.
