The company deliver new build housing developments across the North West region, creating high quality homes achieving 5 star rating from the HBF.

The role is a freelance temp role, starting at the beginning of March, covering a manager on holiday.

The site is based in Madeley in Crewe, the client are looking for a manager relatively close to the area.

Working 40 hour weeks, the going rate will be £23.00 per hour CIS.

What you will require:

• Tickets - SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, Driving License
• 5+ years site experience in House Build
