To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree;
• 1 - 2 years experience in Audit;
• Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);
• Advanced Microsoft Office package use (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Team Player, very organized, pro-active and flexible.

Your future role

• Evaluating the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place;
• Ensuring that the organization is complying with relevant Standard Operating Procedures and ISQM 1 requirements;
• Making recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes;
• Identifying issues like compliance concerns, risks, data inaccuracies;
• Facilitate and / or assist in annual RADC SQM independent reviews;
• Manage relationship with key stakeholders (Team Leaders, Senior Team Leaders, all staff) and if situations arise seek advice/clarifications from this group in order to be able to conclude the ISQM 1 testing;
• Help building remediation plans for the findings from the monitoring process;
• Help in creating presentations for different forums and held these presentations;
• Explain the issues identified to the internal clients;
• Commitment to respect deadlines;
• Assist the TLs and STLs when questions arise;
• Have all data in order in such a way to be able to extract the requested information in due time.
