Job description
Cobalt are working alongside a Commercial Real Estate Company who are looking to add to their growing Facilities Management team.
Although the company holds a national portfolio, this particular role will see you as a Building Manager for a valued asset within Greater Manchester.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Acting as the first port of call for all tenants, and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Conduct regular site checks to identify any health & safety hazards and ensure building compliance.
Work alongside the Facilities Manager to set and manage annual budgets as well as raise purchase orders.
Managing reactive and routine planned maintenance across the site.
Maintaining a complete PPM schedule and overseeing all contractors.
Actively monitor and score monthly KPI's with relevant contractors and implement performance measures where necessary.
