Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to residents, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations
* Handling resident requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
* Managing deliveries, packages, and maintenance requests
* Coordinating building amenities and services
* Liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations
* Maintaining meticulous records and documentation
* Upholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Concierge in a high-end hotel or residential setting
* Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
