Description
Job Description for this Mixed Tax Senior Opportunity:
- Providing expert advice on a broad range of tax matters, including personal and corporate tax.
- Liaising with clients to understand their tax requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Engaging with HMRC on client's behalf to resolve any tax-related issues.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and communicating relevant changes to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the delivery of tax services.
- Contributing to the development of business strategies in the tax department.
- Preparing complex personal, partnership, trust and corporation tax returns.
- Reviewing tax returns prepared by other members of the team.
- Supporting the team with other tax filings throughout the year including P11d's, PSAs, ATED, Form 42 and EMI40 returns.
- Providing advice on tax planning matters including capital allowances, HMRC clearances, R&D claims, share schemes and SEIS/EIS investments under the supervision of Tax Managers and Principals.
Profile
A successful Mixed Tax Senior based in Watford should have:
- Professional qualification in tax, such as CTA or ATT. or ACCA qualified and looking to complete CTA
- Proven experience in a tax-focused role within the professional services industry.
- Excellent knowledge of personal and corporate tax matters.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and HMRC.
- A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation.
Job Offer
What is on offer for you ?
- A competitive salary ranging between £40,500 - £55,500 per annum.
