Job description
• Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor/Fee Earner?
• Do you have experience handling a caseload of contract disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), commercial disputes and partnership disputes?
• Are you seeking a full time role with a reputable but expanding firm in Sunderland?
Based in Sunderland – supporting two Fee Earners in the wills/probate department. You will be drafting legal documents, using the Probate Registry and Land Registry’s portals, legal research. Also diary management, administering filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files, dealing with correspondence and liaising with clients.
